Description

This role reports to the Senior Manager: Development and involves building high-quality, maintainable web applications aligned with PPS development standards. You'll develop and test data-rich applications within a Scrum framework and contribute to system support, upgrades, and training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical scoping and define tools, design, and technologies Convert Figma designs into working HTML/CSS/JavaScript code Perform unit and integration testing Follow SDLC standards and best practices Maintain good stakeholder relationships (business, testing, training teams) Engage in performance and career development discussions Contribute to ongoing process improvement and coding quality

Qualifications

• Matric required Preferred: Degree/Diploma in B
• Comm, B
• Eng, BSc Eng, BSc Informatics, or related Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Web Application Development Technical Skills: Web technologies: HTML, HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript Figma design conversion to code Node
• js (advantageous) Agile/Scrum project experience Familiar with SDLC, change control, release management Version control systems: SVN, GitLab Strong general computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
